Context

AIILSG runs vocational courses that lead directly to municipal employment — fireman certificate, sanitary inspector diploma. The audience is a school leaver deciding what to do next, reached across a hoarding, a pamphlet, a notice board and a phone screen.

Role

Design across print, outdoor and social

Designed the full run: admission notices, 3×2 ft banners, a two-panel career brochure, convocation banners in light and dark variants, and the achievement poster for the course topper. Each piece was set in Hindi and English at the sizes the format required.

Process

The set holds together on a red-and-navy institutional palette, a consistent seal position and a fixed contact block — while the hierarchy is rebuilt per format. A hoarding leads with the course name at three inches high; the brochure leads with a photograph of the training ground.
