Field Survey Recruitment

Context

A street vendor survey under NULM is only as good as the enumerators walking it. Hiring them is a local, urgent, printed problem: a notice that has to be legible on a wall and complete enough that nobody arrives without documents.

Role

Design and layout

Designed the walk-in recruitment notice, the staff requirement notice and the street vendor survey pamphlet, each set in Hindi with the eligibility and contact block carried at fixed position.

Process

Everything is subordinated to the reading order a wall notice actually gets: authority mark, then the one word that stops you, then eligibility as a scannable list, then a phone number set large enough to photograph.
